CONFIDENT SWIMMERS START WITH CARE
ABOUT RIPPLES
CREATING SAFE SWIMMERS FOR MUDGEE FAMILIES
Ripples Swim School was created from a simple but powerful belief — every child deserves to feel safe, confident, and capable in the water.
Living and working in a regional community, we saw firsthand how limited access to quality swimming lessons can be for local families. Public pools can be busy and overwhelming, and large class sizes often mean children miss out on the individual attention they need. Ripples was built to offer something different: a calm, private environment where children are truly supported and taught with intention.
Ripples Swim School supports families across Mudgee and the Central West who are looking for more than just “a swim lesson.”
Our small class sizes and personalised approach ensure every child is taught at their own pace, with lessons tailored to their ability, comfort, and learning style.
We help:
Babies and toddlers building early water confidence
Preschool and school-aged children learning essential swimming and safety skills
Children who need extra support, patience, or confidence-building
Confident swimmers ready to refine technique and progress further
We focus on:
Embedding water-safety skills into every lesson
Building confidence alongside technique
Clear skill progression, not rushed advancement
Creating a positive relationship with the water
MEET JENAYA
Jenaya is the founder and lead instructor at Ripples Swim School, a family-run learn-to-swim school dedicated to creating safe, confident, and capable swimmers.
As a qualified swim teacher and a mum herself, Jenaya understands how important it is for parents to feel confident in who is teaching their children — especially in and around water. That trust is the foundation of everything she has built at Ripples.
Based just outside Mudgee, Jenaya is proud to run a community-focused swim school that values connection, communication, and genuine care. She feels privileged to be part of so many families’ swimming journeys and is passionate about helping children develop skills that will stay with them for life.
